I connected the Civic up to my home WiFi which seems to work fine, 2 bars strength
I noticed that the Honda App Center was prompting for an update so thought I'd let it update itself.
Got to 100% in a few minutes but refused to install as it wasn't an app store app - so went in to the settings and allowed apps from untrusted sources to install.
Tried again, got to 50% then said download failed, tried a few more times and only got a few percent.
Then tried it connecting to my 4G phone set up as a hotspot, no difference.
Has anyone got this to work ?
What benefits might there be to updating it ?
Is it possible to update by downloading elsewhere and transferring the files with a USB stick ?
